The website may collect your name, organisation, role, email, telephone, selected service, message and submission time. Urgent requests may also record whether a matter is public, whether media has contacted you, whether legal counsel is involved and urgency.
3. Information not to submit
Do not submit privileged documents, evidence, sensitive personal information or highly confidential material until an engagement has been accepted and a secure channel established.
4. Use and storage
Information may be used to assess and respond to an enquiry, determine scope, maintain appropriate records and protect the proper operation of the website. Enquiries are stored in a non-public database with access limited to those who require it.
