Tarryn McNamara
Tarryn McNamara is the Founder and Principal Advisor of McNamara Advisory. Her professional background spans law, governance, executive leadership and strategic communication, informing an advisory approach grounded in judgement, organisational context and the realities of leadership under scrutiny.
Her work has required close engagement with senior stakeholders, leadership structures and organisational decision-making. That experience informs an approach which considers the words issued, the authority behind them and the environment into which they will be received.
Prior professional experience
Tarryn’s prior professional advisory experience, undertaken in other professional capacities, has included work relating to organisations such as Royal Bafokeng, Impala and SA Chefs. These organisations are not represented as clients of McNamara Advisory.
